DescriptionAs a Customer Service professional with experience within a call center providing customer service and technical support experience you will be responsible for servicing inbound calls from Online Business Travel clients needing website navigation assistance in making on-line corporate travel arrangements. Duties include, but not limited to, high volume call center servicing, extra-ordinary customer service, website troubleshooting, replicating and reporting site issues, qualifying caller's needs. Also responsible for call tracking and learning new account sites as implemented.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and Ability to navigate the internet effectively
* Call center experience 1-2 years Customer Service/ Technical Support
* Superior customer service skills are a must.
* Able to adapt to a fast paced, ever changing environment. Microsoft Outlook e-mail.
* Airline, or travel background is a plus.
* Individual must be responsible, organized, articulate and possess the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
* Critical Thinking is a must.
Axcess@Home Requirements:
- Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing travel counselor duties
- Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
- Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
- Axcess@Home Agent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment
- High speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISP’s are permitted)
- Dedicated and separate analog landline phone for training and production calls (no VOIP – voice over internet protocol)
